Hebrard is a an Exercise Physiologist Tony
Hebrard is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and
brings a wealth of experience and education from
his degree in Exercise Science. He delivers
weekly workshops to our personal training team
and has a hands-on approach to all the client
programs that our personal trainers deliver.

life of a qualified personal trainer is, on
average, only 11 months. We treat our trainers
well, they train people exclusively for us and as
a result some of them have been with us for over
