Matthew Lotze is a well qualified professional
who is living in San Diego, California. He
pursued a PhD. from Trinity University in the
department of religious studies with area of
concentration Sociological Theology.

Prior to this, he attended the University of
Colorado Business and the University of Colorado
Business Graduate School, and completed BA in
Business in 1989 and MBA in Business Management
in 1991 respectively. In addition to this, he
also went to the University of Colorado Law. He
is a fun loving person who loves to do physical
activities in his free times. His hobbies are
dancing, tennis (also a coach), skiing,
wakeboarding, and boating. In addition to this,
he also has interests in cooking and singing. He
has a small daughter (two and a half year old)
whom he loves more than life.

Currently, he is the owner of three vacation
rentals, which are located near the Big Bear
lake. Prior to this business, he was a Business
Management and Law Advisor at Law Offices,
Abanolaw (from 2005 to 2014). He helped more than
40 firms of various sizes (from 500k to 100m)
in legal as well as structuring matters. His
expertise includes employee management, risk
management, business start up, franchising,
contract negotiations, loss mitigation, corporate
streamlining, legal audits, and more.

Matthew Lotze has organized and managed seven
businesses. He oversaw legal, H/R, compliance,
and operational issues, thus he has good working
knowledge of various industries. In addition to
this, he has also managed a team of four senior
managers and more than 350 working professionals.
He established MBA Internship Employment
Program, a non-traditional MBA program, that
served more than 30 students from 15 universities
annually. He was engaged in this program from
1998 to 2005. There were seven companies that
were involved in this program and it helped the
students to enhance their business skills by
learning business management in various
industries.
