visited the New Quito International Airport
Project, a P3 and greenfield Project, while
working as the Vice President of Infrastructure
Project Finance S.A.. He was invited by QUIPORT,
the private corporation that was in charge of the
concession project and at the same time invited
by the Projects leading partners and
constructing firm, ANDRADE GUTIERREZ (AG) from
Brazil.
