Investigating Photography

• I looked at a series of websites to find
  appropriate professional photography that I could
  use in my magazine. This is because
• I need to have lots of options for what to use in
  the magazine.
• I need to have plenty of variety that helps to
  represent my music scene accurately.

• I like this one because the main subject of the
  photo is in focus and the background is blurred
  and it creates a good effect.
• It could be used for an article image.
• It would influence the design of the page by
  drawing in the audience so they would be more
  likely to read the article.

• I like this one because it shows a fast shutter
  speed image as the singer is jumping into a crowd
  and it looks good because he is interacting with
  the audience.
• It could be used for a contents page image to
  draw in audience to flick through to that certain
  page.
• It would influence the design of the page because
  the audience will see how the singer is engaging
  with the crowd and feel like more of a part of
  it.

• I like this one because it shows a slow shutter
  speed image as the guitarist is moving and the
  image is blurring, however, this creates effect.
• It could be used for a music and event article.
• It would influence the design of the page because
  the audience will wonder what the image is as it
  is so distorted that they will look at it and
  what it is linked with.

  of emotion in the photo and clearly shows he is
  doing his best to sing.
• It could be used for a cover photo.

  the emotion that the singer is showing.

  background is slightly blurred so the main
  subject of the photo is on the headphones.
