Matt Lotze has earned reputation as an
experienced professional who has started and
organized seven businesses. He has good knowledge
and extensive work experience of each company and
industry he was associated with. Additionally, he
also has excellent managerial skills and has
managed a team of over 350 employees and four
managers.

He has many years of legal and business
expertise. Matt is an intelligent professional
who can speak six languages. In his free times,
he likes to indulge in various physical
activities such as dancing, skiing, and
wakeboarding. His two and a half year daughter is
the light of his life. His hobbies also include
cooking, singing, and playing tennis.

Business Management. Matt completed his PhD. from
Trinity University.

Executive Officer (CEO) at American Fundraisers,
Inc., a full scale product fundraising company.
In this company, he did negotiations with
suppliers, sourcing of merchandise, and product
import. In addition, he also formed a warehouse
and distribution system for products and created
motivational presentations annually.

While working at American Marketing Company,
Inc., Matt gained experience in overseeing a full
scale advertising and marketing company with full
color sign and banner capabilities. In addition,
he also negotiated large scale purchasing of
television and radio.

Matt spent nine years (1996 to 2005) at
LiquidationsRus, Inc. where he initiated logistic
channels for domestic as well as international
shipping. He personally managed sales staff and
trained management.

In Cheezy Pizza Company, Inc., he established a
complete franchise and operating system including
all operation manuals, UFC offering, trademarks
and copyrights. Matt Lotze also trained managers,
managed restaurant employees, and supervised key
employees.
