• -3D cnc machined ports (When applicable machine a
  3D transitioned port)-made in USA,
  machined/designed in house-in stock
  inventory-certain flange applications available
  in mild steel, stainless steel, and titanium
  (Were in the process of fabricating titanium
  flanges.)
• We specialize in design, CNC milling, metal
  turning, plasma cutting, and TIG welding all done
  in house. Please contact us for further

• We specialize in
  fabrication of complex parts made of aluminum,
  alloy, stainless steel metals. Maybe you want the
  ability to co-brand or private label your
  products through us. We have the capabilities to
  fabricate other metal materials in house with
  added finishes such as e-coating, powder coating,
  zinc plating and others (coatings sometimes may
  require the help of our friends in the industry).

Some of the Most Common Inlet Flanges

• There are more than one kind of the standard
  flange, as some turbochargers have twin scrolls,
  but the flange is otherwise the same dimensions.
• The purpose of having twin scrolls is to equalize
  the exhaust pulses flowing to the turbine.
• There is also a special flange for Turbonetics
  turbos that has a 15 larger port, but the flange
  is otherwise the same basic dimensions.
