HYDRAULIC BOLT TENSIONER
The Boltite Bolt Tensioner with its unique design
provides the optimum leak free joint solution. It
covers a full range of bolt sizes from 3/4" up to
4-1/2". This tool operates up to maximum pressure
of 21,750 psi and is driven by high pressure pump.
SUBSEA BOLT TENSIONER
The Boltite Subsea Bolt Tensioner is specially
design to suit the demanding requirements of
divers operating in harsh sub-sea environments.
It covers a full range of bolt sizes from 1" up
to 3-1/2". This tool operates up to maximum
pressure of 21,750 psi and is driven by high
pressure pump.

HYDRAULIC TORQUE WRENCH
The Boltite Hydraulic Torque Wrench combines all
the features desired by the operator in a unique,
simple and cost effective design which offers the
maximum power. It has 2 designs (square drive and
low profile) covering ranges of both imperial and
metric bolts nuts fasteners. These torque
wrenches could deliver Torque output ranging from
127 to 58,000 lbf.ft.

In-Situ Machining Systems
COLD PIPE CUTTING MACHINE
The Boltite Split Frame Pipe Cutter is designed
for on-site severing beveling of pipe ranges
from 2" to 44" in external diameters. These
revolutionary Split Frame Pipe Cutters are
capable of cutting all wall thickness and alloys
with minimal time and effort. In addition, these
cutters offer increased safety by operating
"spark free" and eliminating the need for flame
cutting.
FLANGE FACING MACHINE
The Boltite Flange Facing Machine is designed to
recondition any worn or abraded sealing surface
on vessels and pipe flanges. It is able to reface
or machine raised face, RTJ grooves, etc. on the
flanges ranges from 2" up to 126" facing
diameter. These machines are either internally or
externally mounted depend on the application. It
is completely integrated with automatic feed
system which allows smooth and accurate cutting
control.
