Title: The Most Misunderstood Page In The Bible
1Understanding the bible1. does not depend on
which translation one uses.2. Understanding
original languages in the bible.3.does not
depend on ones level of education.4.does not
depend on church activity.5. does not depend on
family life.
- Depends on understanding the
- difference between the Old and New Testaments!
2the New testament title page is the
mostmisunderstood pagein the biblebecause
it gives wrong info on where ot ends and where nt
begins!
- This page has created more misunderstanding
than any other page in the Bible!
3malachi is not the last book of old
testamentMatthew is not the first book of new
testament
- John is the last book of the Old Testament
- Acts is the first book of the New Testament!
4Roman Catholic heresy 1486AD1. Roman Catholic
corruption of the dark ages led to the battle
for religious freedom in Europe .2. The
protestant reformation demanded the release of
the Bible which the Roman Catholic had held in
captivity for over 1000 years .3. During this
Protestant uprising in 1486ad - Roman church
moved the four books of Matthew. Mark, Luke and
John from the Old to New Testament in an effort
to mislead the Protestant sects.4. WHAT
HAPPENED? MILLIONS MISLED IN BIBLE STUDY! 5.
Religious Chaos ensued!!! Continues today!!!
5Protestant Reformation
Many have never understood that the four Old
Testament books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John
-- before the cross (MMLJ/BC) -- not the book of
Malachi, describe the "end" of the Old Testament
Mosaical "age. Millions have never learned that
only Acts, chapter 2, marks the "beginning" of
the New Testament "age" and revelation of new
covenant "doctrine." As a result of this
doctrinal "error" in dividing between the books
of the Old and New Testaments, millions have
misinterpreted and misunderstood Christ's
teaching of the OldTestament law of Moses in
MMLJ/BC as new covenant teaching.

twenty one original articles were composed as a
response to John Eck's attack on the Protestants
as guilty of being ancient heresies. Thus the
articles attempt to show that the Protestant
faith is in line with the ancient Church. Many,
but not all, of the articles were acceptable to
Rome. In 1540 Melancthon revised the confession
to be acceptable to Calvin. The Lutherans
rejected this revision and Melancthon himself.
Melancthon's followers would then join the
reformed camp.

and practice on the Bible alone. They teach that
they are the church written in scripture. They
teach that any individual, from the time that the
church began to now, can become part of that
church by hearing the truth, believing the truth,
repenting from your ways to God's ways,
confessing that Jesus in the Bible is Christ, and
being baptized to be added to the NT church.
9The RESTORATION Movement
Historically, Churches of Christ in the United
States have roots in the American Restoration
Movement, and were recognized as a distinct
religious group by the U.S. Religious Census of
1906. Prior to that all congregations associated
with the Restoration Movement had been reported
together by the Census Bureau. The Restoration
Movement began on the American frontier during
the Second Great Awakening of the early 19th
century under the leadership of Thomas and Alexand
er Campbell, Walter Scott, and Barton W. Stone.
Those leaders had declared their independence
from their Presbyterian roots, seeking a fresh
start to restore the New Testament church, and
abandoning creeds. They did not see themselves as
establishing a new church. Rather, the movement
sought the restoration of the church and "the
unification of all Christians in a single body
patterned after the church of the New
Testament."2
10Letters From Bible Manuscript Authorities
- Letters From Biblical Manuscript Authorities
- The following quotations from recognized biblical
manuscript authorities on the "text" and "canon(
books of the Bible) show clearly that the New
Testament "title page" -- the page that divides
between the books of Malachi and Matthew -- the
Old and New Testaments -- in our modern Bibles,
was "first" placed in the Bible by Roman Catholic
sectarian "translators" and " publishers" and was
"first" printed by Pruss of Strassburg in 1486AD. - These quotations also show that from the time of
the inspired new covenant apostles in the 1st
century to 1486, there was no "inspired" or
"apostolic" division "authorized" between the
books of Malachi and Matthew.
- No New Testament "Title Page" Before 1486 AD

I understood you to be looking for is likely to
be found in the set T.E. DARLOW and H.F. MOULE, - Historical Catalogue Of Printed Editions Of Holy
Scripture. It appears that the Gutenberg Bible
(15th century did not have a 'title page.' - Our copies of the Sinaiticus (4th century) and
Alexandrius (5th century) do not have a New

"Title Page Was In 1486 AD - AMERICAN BIBLE SOCIETY, New York City, N.Y. "Dear
Mr. Billingsly, The first printed edition of the
Bible was a copy of the Latin Vulgate printed
about 1455 by Johan Gutenberg. Following
traditional usage, it had neither title pages nor
page numbers, and the books of the Bible with
their traditional introductory prefaces were
printed in continuous sequence. The first known
example of a title page is the 1486 edition of
the Bible in Latin published by Pruss of
Strassburg, which carried the words 'Textus

13Facts About MMLJ/BC
- MMLJBC describe the last thirty-three years of
the Old Testament age -- not the beginning of the
New Testament age. Therefore, Malachi is not the
last book of the Old Testament or Mosaical age.
Therefore, Matthew is not the first book of the
New Testament age. - 2. In MMLJBC, Jesus declares more that 100 times
that he is teaching the Old Testament law of
Moses not 1 time did he ever state that he was
teaching New Testament doctrine. In MMLJBC,
several hundred times the Scriptures describe him
teaching the Old Testament law of Moses not once
time do they ever describe him teaching New
Testament doctrine. - 3. In MMLJBC, Christ primarily addresses the Old
Testament Jews of Israel only on rare occasions
an alien Gentile. In MMLJBC, he never addresses
or speaks to New Testament Christians. In fact,
in MMLJBC, Jesus never used the word Christian.
- 4. In MMLJBC, Jesus was an Old Testament
Israelite -- not a New Testament Christian.
Jesus was a member of the Old Testament kingdom
of Israel -- not a member of the New Testament
kingdom. - 5. In MMLJBC, Jesus was an Old Testament
prophet, not a New Testament evangelist. In
MMLJBC, Jesus restored unfaithful Jews back to
God under the Old Testament law of Moses, he did
not save alien sinners by the New Testament
gospel. - 6. In MMLJBC, Jesus preached only the
Old Testament Mosaical gospel (Lk. 416-21), he
never preached the New Testament gospel of his
death, burial and resurrection (1 Cor. 151-4).7.
In MMLJBC, Jesus preached the Old Testament plan
of salvation in the law of Moses for Jews only
(Matt.1916-22), he did not preach the New
Testment gospel of Christs death, burial and
resurrection.
14Five Things We Must Learn MMLJ/BC
- Five Things We Must Learn
- About Matthew, Mark, Luke And John
- If we are to believe in and obey the New
Testament of Christ today, we must learn the
difference between and Old and New Testaments. We
must not interpret Christ's teaching of the Old
Testament law of Moses in MMLJ/BC -- as New
Testament "doctrine." Let us learn the following
five biblical facts. - 1.MMLJ/BC describe the last thirty-three years of
the Old Testament Mosaical "age" -- rather than
the "beginning"of the New Testament "age." More
than 100 times in MMLJ/BC Jesus declared that he
was teaching the Old Testament law of Moses. Not
once did he ever state in MMLJ/BC that he was
teaching New Testament "doctrine."Only Acts 2 and
the epistles of Romans through Revelation 22
describe new covenant "faith," doctrine,
establishment of the New Testament
"church-kingdom" and examples of new covenant
"Christian" worship and living. - 2.MMLJ/BC describe the mission of John and Jesus
to only Old Testament Israel (Matt. 1524
105-6) for the purpose of "fulfilling" all
promises and prophecies that God had made to his
old covenant people. They show John and Jesus as
Old Testament "prophets" -- not New Testament
"evangelists."
- 3.MMLJ/BC record the events when John and Jesus
preached the Old Testament Mosaical "gospel" or
"good news" of God for Old Testament Israel
(Matt. 417 Lk. 416-21). They declared that the
Messiah had come to Israel, that the "end" of
Israel and abolishment of the law of Moses was
near (Matt. 2143), and that God's new covenant
"kingdom" was "at hand. - 4.MMLJ/BC describe examples of unfaithful Jews
"believing" on their Old Testament Messiah and
being restored back to God under the Old
Testament law of Moses. - 5.MMLJ/BC show John and Jesus worshipping
according to the law of Moses, commanding the
offering ofanimal sacrifice and use of
instrumental music in temple worship while the
Old Testament Mosaical covenant wasstill in
force. MMLJ/BC do not show John and Jesus
worshipping with the New Testament "church."
15Truth About MMLJ/BC
- Details the doctrinal difference
between the Old Testament "gospel, faith and
baptism" of the Old Testament "limited"
commission of Matthew 105-6 that John and Jesus
preached to Israel in Matthew, Mark, Luke and
John -- before the cross (MMLJ/BC), and the New
Testament "gospel, faith, and baptism" of the New
Testament "great" commission of Matthew 2819-20
that the apostles preached to the alien world in
Acts 2 through Revelation 22 -- after the cross. - Uncovers New Testament reasons why we cannot
teach, obey or follow Christ's Old Testament
teaching of the law of Moses and his practice of
Israel's old covenant religion in Matthew,
Mark, Luke and John -- before the cross
(MMLJ/BC). - Explains why any Christians today who attempts
to keep the Old Testament teaching of the law of
Moses by Christ in MMLJ/BC will lead to that
child of God to fall from grace (Gal. 216,
54).
- Uncovers why the book of Malachi is not the last
book of the Old Testament and why Matthew is not
the first book of the New Testament. - Explains why according to Gods own plan that
Christ was born in the Old Testament age and
under the law of Moses in Israel. How he did all
of his teaching to Israel in MMLJ/BC under the
jurisdiction of the old covenant law of Moses. - Shows why these four Old Testament "gospels" of
the Law of Moses in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John
-- before the cross (MMLJ/BC) must be placed in
the Old Testament age as did the Holy Spirit and
apostles, and not in this New Testament age as
the uninspired, sectarian and denominational
translators and commercial printers of our modern
Bibles have done. - Describes how to "rightly divide" between God's
old covenant teaching of the law of Moses by
Christ in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John -- before
the cross (MMLJ/BC), and Christ's new covenant
teaching revealed through the Holy Spirit in "the
apostles' doctrine" of Acts 2 through Revelation
22 -- after the cross. -
16New Testament Christians Cannot
- New Testament Christians cannot follow the Old
Testament religion that Christ observed in
MMLJ/BC. - They cannot worship God in the temple at
Jerusalem or synagogues in Israel according to
the Old Testament law of Moses as Christ did in
MMLJ/BC. - 13And the Jews passover was at hand, and Jesus
went up to Jerusalem, 14And found in the temple
those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the
changers of money sitting 15And when he had
made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all
out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen
and poured out the changers money, and overthrew
the tables 16And said unto them that sold
doves, Take these things hence make not my
Fathers house an house of merchandise ( John
213-16).
- 23And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in
their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the
kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and
all manner of disease among the people. 24And
his fame went throughout all Syria and they
brought unto him all sick people that were taken
with divers diseases and torments, and those
which were possessed with devils, and those which
were lunatic, and those that had the palsy and
he healed them. 25And there followed him great
multitudes of people from Galilee, and from
Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea,
and from beyond Jordan.
17NewTestament Church Cannot
- 3. They cannot teach the Old Testament law of
Moses to other Christians that Christ taught in
MMLJ/BC to only Old Testament Israel. - 12Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that
men should do to you, do ye even so to them for
this is the law and the prophets (Matthew
712). - 4. The New Testament church cannot offer animal
blood sacrifices to God as Christ commanded
Israel under the law of Moses. - 1When he was come down from the mountain, great
multitudes followed him. 2And, behold, there
came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if
thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. 3And Jesus
put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I
will be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy
was cleansed.Â
- 4And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man
but go thy way, show thyself to the priest, and
offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a
testimony unto them (Matthew 81-4). - The New Testament church cannot go only to the
lost sheep of the house of Israel (Matthew
101-6) as Christ commanded his disciples in
Israel under the law of Moses in MMLJ/BC
Christians must go into all
the world. - 18And Jesus came and spake unto them,
saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and
in earth. 19Go ye therefore, and teach all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy
Ghost 20Teaching them to observe all things
whatsoever I have commanded you and, lo, I am
with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
Amen (Matthew 21816-20).
18New Testament Christians Cannot
- 7. The New Testament church cannot observe the
Old Testament sabbath as Christ did with Israel
in MMLJ/BC. - 1And he entered again into the synagogue and
there was a man there which had a withered
hand. 2And they watched him, whether he would
heal him on the sabbath day that they might
accuse him. 3And he saith unto the man which had
the withered hand, Stand forth. 4And he saith
unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath
days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill?
But they held their peace. 5And when he had
looked round about on them with anger, being
grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he
saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And
he stretched it out and his hand was restored
whole as the other. (Mark 31-6).
- The New Testament church cannot offer Old
Testament tithes that Christ commanded Old
Testament Israel in MMLJ/BC. - 10Two men went up into the temple to pray the
one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. 11The
Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God,
I thank thee, that I am not as other men are,
extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this
publican. 12I fast twice in the week, I give
tithes of all that I possess. 13And the
publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so
much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his
breast, saying, God be merciful to me a
sinner. 14I tell you, this man went down to his
house justified rather than the other for every
one that exalteth himself shall be abased and he
that humbleth himself shall be exalted (Luke
189-14).
