Introduction for Business Presentation
Preparation of a Business presentation often
focuses on the body of the presentation and
neglects the introduction. The introduction is
one of the most important parts of your
presentation, though, and deserves just as much
attention as the remainder of the presentation.
Its always important to use a simple introduction
at the beginning of a presentation. This is very
helpful if you have a sales PPT, Corporate
presentation, or any kind of business
presentation.

Use Readable Fonts
The fonts you use in your PowerPoint slides do
play a role in making your presentations
successful. The typeface should be readable and
font size should be large enough so that people
seated at the back have no problem reading the
text.Use the same font set throughout your entire
slide presentation, and use no more than two
complementary fonts

Use Photos, Charts and Graphs
Combining Photos, charts and graphs and even
embedding digitized videos with text, will add
variety and keep your audience interested in the
presentation. Avoid having text only slides.

Use Slide Designs Effectively
When using a Design Theme or Design Template,
choose one that is Appropriate for the audience.
A clean, straightforward layout is best if you
are Presenting to Business. Select one that is
full of color and contains a variety of shapes if
your presentation is aimed at young children..

Limit the Number Of Slides
Keeping the number of slides to a minimum,
ensures that the presentation will not become too
long and drawn out. It also avoids the problem of
continually changing slides during the
presentation that can be a distraction to your
audience. On average, one slide per minute is
about right.

Use Visuals Instead of Text Slides
Audiences dont want you to read slides full of
text to them surveys show it is the most
annoying thing presenters can do. So use visuals
instead of paragraphs of text. Use graphs to
illustrate numeric data. Use diagrams to show
processes or flows of information or goods. Use
pictures to show a person, place or object. Use
media clips to bring the views of others into
your presentation.

Slide Layout is Important
When all your slides look alike, your entire
message can be blurred. At the end of your
presentation, you want your audience to remember
your main points most, and if they remember some
of the details, thats a plus. By making key
slides distinctive, you can help people follow
and retain the content in your presentation
