To start your career as an agent or salesperson
in the real estate industry, you need to acquire
a license. This would be possible only upon
completion of the RES course. After completion of
the course, you will have to appear for an exam
that is conducted by the Council for Estate
Agencies. Only when you clear the exam will you
be provided with the real estate license. Hence,
the course is definitely important. However, this

real estate. Taking up the real estate course
is hence unavoidable if you want to build a
strong career in the industry.
