Medical to give our patients access to Bio
Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for
women and men. Hormones rejuvenat, regenerate and

Our Three New Providers
South Denver OB/GYN is team of medical
professionals focused on preventive health care
for women of all ages, from puberty through
menopause. Our practice provides obstetric,
gynecological and infertility care. Our
providers work as a team and compliment each
other very well. And, in the absence of your
primary provider, South Denver OB/GYN will still
provide you the level of care that you have come
to expect.

Our Midwives
Certified Nurse-Midwives
Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) are registered
nurses who have obtained a Masters degree in
nursing and specialize in womens lthlth.  A CNM
has passed a national certification exam and
renews their certification every eight years.
 The South Denver Midwives (all CNMs) provide a
wide range of healthcare for women  From a
teenager's first period, through pregnancy/birth/p
ost-partum, and extending into menopause.
The Holistic Obstetrics Care
The origin of midwife means with woman. The
philosophy of care focuses on the specific needs
of a woman, empowers women to participate in
their health care and minimize unnecessary
intervention. Midwives view adolescent changes,
pregnancy, birth and menopause as natural life
transitions.  Yet the midwife can intervene if
the transition is a bumpier road for some.
 Education and listening are key components of
the midwife style of care.

Teen Health
Our Nurse Practitioners and Certified
Nurse-Midwives are a great resource in educating
young women on the changes their bodies will
undergo during puberty.  South Denver Obstetrics
Gynecology also offers the Gardasil HPV
Vaccination for teens to protect against the HPV
virus which can result in cervical cancer and
genital warts.
Womens Health
Your health and wellness is important to you and
to us. Taking time each year for an annual
check-up is an important way to stay on top of
your health. And, most insurance will pay 100
each year for a wellness exam and associated lab
