  born via Surrogate Mother Foreigner Intended
  parents can hire foreign surrogate mothers to
  give birth to the child in Hospital in Nepal.

Surrogacy in Nepal

• This has been passed by the Nepalese Cabinet.
  Certain Hospitals have been given permission for
  surrogacy. There was no law for surrogacy in
  Nepal yet, Foreign Intended Parent were coming to
  Nepal and using surrogacy services. When this
  came to light, the Government made a law about
  this.

• Intended Parents from different countries were
  having babies born by surrogacy and were facing
  problems in taking the babies back home.
• After the Government found out about this, they
  took action and requested the Foreign Ambassadors
  to make a law.
