About our company
The EMS story
Founded in 1996 by directors Graham Lingham and
Ian Childs, Environmental Maintenance Services
(EMS) has gone from strength to strength. An
established building services maintenance company
in Bromley, Kent, we are Gas Safe members having
been Gas safe registered. In 1997 we joined the
Building engineering services association
(BES) in order to keep updated with developments
in the industry. We're audited by the HVCA on a
regular basis, complying with stringent health
and safety standards.
