How Is It Done?

• 1. The process starts with an original of a
  product for example a carved door (an artist
  worked on 6 days to carve!)
• 2. An identical negative (mold) is created
  inexpensively with the same equipment.
• 3. This mold is used in Sorbilites patented,
  high pressure press. Production for a complete
  door takes approx. 20 minutes. Qualities such as
  fireproof, bulletproof, and weatherproof can be
  achieved.
• 4. The process can be repeated with any other
  product up to 4x 8 in size.

  environmental consultants with a long and proud
  history, having established Sorbilite, GmbH in
  Germany in 1978 but now are operating in the USA.
  We believe in the old saying Teach a man to
  fish and dont give him a fish every day. Our
  unique waste processing and recycling business
  model is built on that principle giving emerging
  markets the ability to fill their own needs but
  also compete in the global arena. Our process
  allows the users to skip conventional
  manufacturing systems saving time, labor and
  start up investment due to our unique
  streamlined process.
