Executive, Jason Paul Charvat has worked
tirelessly for over a decade to ensure that every
project and program he is assigned to is
completed on time and within budget, all while
exceeding the clients expectations. His
knowledge of solution design and development is

Back in 2000 Jason achieved President Club within
his consulting group RCG Global Services and soon
allocated to their top tier list of accounts.
Within the same amount of time he was soon
published by John Wiley Sons in New York
launching two hardcover publications globally. In
2010, The International Association for Project
Program Management awarded Jason Paul Charvat
with their Distinguished Fellow award.

Jason Paul Charvat is a globally certified PMO
Program Delivery Director with a focus on project
and program solution delivery. With more than a
decade of experience, Charvat has an outstanding
ability to setup and run training programs for
project and portfolio teams. He has achieved by
consistently displaying strong communication and
change management skills at the leadership
levels. Charvat is also able to work in
high-pressure situations, an aspect that has
enabled him to deliver global projects to various
organizations across North America, Asia Pacific,
Latin America and Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Since 2003, Jason Paul Charvat has worked for
Johnson Johnsons IT division as a Global PMO
Delivery Leader. In this capacity, he has used
his knowledge and skills to complete
multi-million dollar projects that span multiple
locations, diverse teams and challenging
situations. Looking ahead, Jason Paul Charvat
hopes to standardize and innovate, bringing best
practices within Fortune 100 companies on

more than two decades of experience in the field.
On more than 90 percent of the projects he was
deployed, Charvat has meet or exceeded the set
schedule and budget, all while prioritizing and
handling the various tasks required to meet both
customer and organizational goals. He is highly
skilled at the multiple Project Methodologies
PMLC, SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.
With a background in Information Technology (IT),
Jason Paul Charvat first started at RCG
Information Technology Inc. in 1999, (now known
as RCG Global Services), which is an top tier IT
consulting services company located in Edison, NJ.
