Stephen Souky is currently a Controller for the
MHC and Affiliates firm, a position he has held,
and enjoyed, since November of 2013. An
experienced and skilled accounting professional,
Souky enjoys the chance to utilize his
considerable expertise to help the firms he has
served to meet company objectives, and to remain
a competitive market force throughout the
community.
As company Controller, Stephen Souky is
responsible for every facet of the companys
accounting, budget and tax preparation, including
the preparation of such forms as 1120, 1120S,
1065, 1040 and more. As someone with a strong
knowledge of GAAP, Souky works to prepare company
financial statements for the company entities for
both Bank loan requirements and covenants, and to
serve as a liaison with an external auditor
during the process of audited financial
statements preparation.

years, Souky is trusted to provide the

As a Controller/Senior Finance Professional,
Stephen Souky provides invaluable assistance to
both the leaders of the firms he has served
regarding both strategic business valuation
calculations and modeling, responsibilities that
include determining the impact of taxes for
various business entities and personal returns.
Stephen Souky is also responsible for serving as
the company liaison with an external auditor
during the preparation phases of audited
financial statements.

Stephen Souky, currently a Controller with MHC,
has provided quality service within numerous
positions, and to multiple organizations,
throughout the course of his career. Following
the reception of his Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting from the State University of New
York College at Fredonia, Souky has served firms
in the positions of Auditor.
Stephen Souky possesses a significant level of
education, skill and professional experience in
the fields of accounting, accounting software,
banking and more. Educated at the State
University of New York College at Fredonia, Souky
accomplished the quite impressive feat of passing
the CPA exam on the very first attempt.
