Inc., the private, family-owned company he
managed and provided leadership to for more than
34 years. The longtime leader of what became a
global enterprise, Jeffrey Powers acted as the
Sellers Agent during the sale of the company to
Stanley Black and Decker in 2012.

member of the philanthropic community, and has
been for much of his professional career. He is
currently the Director of the Eucharistic
Ministry at St. Vincents Hospital in Harrison,
New York, as well as an active advisory board
member of the local hospital. Powers is also an
active member of and contributor to the
Presidents Council at the Greenwich YWCA.

the local Cardinal Cook House, a hospital for
terminally-ill patients as part of his role in
Malta as a lay minister in the Catholic Church.
