  • Presently summer is at its peak and temperature
    is very high. In this high temperature we all
    want to eat some soothing foods which can reduce
    the body heat and protect us from heat stroke.
    Excess sweat and perspiration make us dehydrated
    in this weather which leads to many problems.
    These summer season fruits have many good health
    benefits as mentioned below

MANGO
  • Mango known as a  king of all fruits. Mango fruit
    is an excellent source of Vitamin-A and
    flavonoids.  Together these compounds have been
    known to have antioxidant properties and are
    essential for vision.
  • The loss of the minerals during the summers
    happen due to excess sweating and thus eating the
    raw mango juice prevents this loss.

WATER MELON
  • Watermelons have become synonymous with summer
    and picnics, and for good reason.
  • Made up of 92 water and full of important
    electrolytes, watermelon is a great snack to have
    on hand during the hot summer months to prevent
