IAN RENNER OF FLORIDA - AN ENGINEER

• Ian Renner of Florida is married, and the father
  of two children. Today he owns a string of
  properties in three cities. He began investing in
  real estate in 1999 and quickly began doing it
  full time. Ian is a veteran real estate investor
  who lives in Orlando, Florida. He began his
  career as a civil engineer, and designed and
  built a series of bridges, dams, and other
  infrastructure around the United States.

• Ian Renner of Florida has been investing in real
  estate since 1999, and today has a team that
  manages his properties in Orlando, Miami, and
  Tampa. Ian is a full time real estate investor
  who lives and works in Orlando, Florida. He says
  that if he had it to do over again, he would
  probably begin investing in real estate sooner
  than he did.

Investment

• Ian Renner of Florida says that some people
  invest in real estate for appreciation, but he
  thinks it is better to invest for cash flow,
  meaning the money that he makes each month after
  all of his expenses have been met. He began
  investing in real estate in 1999 and very soon
  became a full time real estate investor. Ian has
  a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University
  of Florida, which he received in 1990.

  several partners invested in an apartment
  building in Orlando, Florida. He later bought out
  his partners, and today is a fulltime real estate
  investor. in civil engineering, which he earned
  from the University of Florida in 1990. He spent
  several years working as an engineer, during
  which time he built a number of bridges and dams
  throughout the United States. Ian holds a Ph.D.
