Strain and Stress Testing
Component packaging is designed to withstand
damage caused during storage and/or transport and
is an important factor for manufacturers. Poor
packaging design can result in damage and/or
failure before units can be placed into service
with the end user. Package design testing and
transport and storage shock testing provided by
DATASYST simulates the high dynamic forces a unit
under test can be exposed to during both ground
and air travel.

Strain and Stress Testing
If needed, DATASYST can assist clients with the
selection of a profile. Based on the selected
profile, the equipment utilized may include
electro-dynamic vibration systems, pneumatic
shock machines, long stroke hydraulic systems or
free-fall applications.
