United Fiber Data Ally Bill Hynes Moving To York
Three of the founding members of the
multi-platinum rock band LIVEChad Taylor,
Patrick Dahlheimer, and Chad Gracey, along with
their business partner and friend, United Fiber
Data ally Bill Hynes, moved their new companies
to the town of York, Pennsylvania in July, 2014.
Since then, their companies, Think Loud
Development, Think Loud Studios, YRK Magazine,
and United Fiber Data, have provided jobs,
services, and stability to the town. York has
been known for having some of the worst economic
statistics in the state, however efforts made by
Think Loud Development and United Fiber Data.
United Fiber Data partner Bill Hynes is the CEO
of Think Loud Development, a real estate
development company that managed the complete
rehabilitation of UFDs corporate headquarters.
UFDs corporate headquarters is part of a 10-15
acre urban revitalization project that will bring
new life to several historically significant
structures as well as a new construction data
center.

United Fiber Data Investor Bill Hynes says that
his company, Think Loud Development together with
United Fiber Data, is moving along as scheduled
with their plan to transform the tele
communications industry in the Northeast by
constructing a 400 mile long fiber optic line
from New York City to northern Virginia.
A Think Loud spokesman says that this project
will bring with it economic opportunity by luring
progressive businesses who need access to
high-speed connectivity. United Fiber Data
Investor Bill Hynes says that he got involved
with UFD, which is led by a top tier executive
management team, because they could improve the
entire regions business prospects and internet
services.

United Fiber Data co-founder Bill Hynes is a
close friend of Chad Taylor, the lead guitarist
of the multi-platinum rock band LIVE. Taylor is
the Executive Chairman of United Fiber Data,
and together with Hynes company, Think Loud
Development, they have begun a project in the
heart of one of the most impoverished
neighborhoods in downtown York, Pennsylvania.
United Fiber Data co-founder Bill Hynes says
that the project will bring economic life to
their hometown with the construction of a new
fiber optic network starting in the heart of New
York City, running through New Jersey,
Pennsylvania, Maryland, and down to Northern
Virginia. This ultra-fast, ultra secure network

that the partnership between him and the founding

fostered an emerging project that will change

forever. UFD is managed by Chad Taylor, founding
