1. UK BASED CREDIT CONTROL

1.  Debtor is contacted by telephone It is explained
   that the case has been passed to a 3rd party and
   we need client paid, by return.
2.  This can then be followed by further telephone
   calls, emails and letter.
3.  Our fee 5 15 on a case-by-case basis. No
   Collect /No Charge

2. 1ST LEVEL GERMAN BASED DEBT RECOVERY

1.  Debtor is served Notice by a German Based Debt
   Recovery Firm. They are informed that they need
   to pay or risk incurring further penalties.
2.  This will be followed by a tried tested
   collection strategy
3.  Cost 95 Fee for serve
4.  Our fee 10 20 on a case-by-case basis. No
   Collect /No Charge

3. PRE-LEGAL GERMANY LAWYER FIRM

1.  Debtor is contacted by our designated legal
   team. Debtor will now understand that unless
   payment is made, legal action will follow in the
   German courts.
2.  The length of this process is dependent on
   response from debtor.
3.  The key factor is Making sure debtor knows this
   is last chance.
4.  Our fee 15 30 on a case-by-case basis. No
