  • Summer is here and the heat already
    prevailed around us. In India, the heat wave has
    destroyed a number of lives in several cities and
    it is likely to affect the rest parts of the
    country. The weathermen are forecasting an
    upcoming heat wave that might affect people with
    extreme temperature and suffering. The heat wave
    has greatly killed lives in 1998 in India where
    the toll crossed to 2,541, and in 2015 it already
    crossed 2000 lives till date. India is affected
    four times with extreme heat in 1998, 2002, 2003
    and 2015, which were recorded as the hottest
    years in history.

  • We often hunt for ways to beat such heat
    and try to stay cool and chilled by drinking the
    refrigerated drinks and water. Our body releases
    so much of sweat that we get dehydrated and that
    requires a lot of water to be consumed. Summer is
    the perfect time when you can break into the
    fruit stalls and taste the raw and fresh fruits
    to stay cooler. The extreme heat wave, which is
    likely to appear again, might affect our health,
    and so we need to prevent our body by drinking
    and consuming a lot of fresh drinks and fruits.
    Lets find some ways to prevent our health and
    body from the heat wave this summer.

  • How about swallowing a glass of cool
    waltermelon juice, or may be Aam panna? Fruits
    are high on vitamins, minerals and other
    necessary nutrients which are very essential for
    our body, especially during summer. Consuming the
    natural fruit juices, that doesnt come in
    bottles, really benefit our body and health and
    give us energy. You can consume fruits like
    mango, watermelon, pineapple, etc. in summer.

  • Apart from fruit juices, the fresh
    vegetable juices including lemon, melons and
    lauki are quite beneficial for our health. They
    keep your body cool and energize our muscular
    system by delivering the essential nutrients.
    Drinking the fresh vegetable juices also give
    some extra relief to our body from the heat wave.

  • Salads
  • Whether its fruit salad or vegetable
    salad, eating the raw mixture of these really
    deliver some amount of coolness to the body. If
    you are preparing vegetable salad then dont
    forget to add the summer herbs and leaves like
    amaranth leaves, basil and rocket leaves to it.
    They add some influence to nutrition and keep
    your weight balanced. You can also add some
    amount of pepper, lemon drops, mint or coriander
    leaves and salt to add some spice to the salad.
    In case of fruit salad, you can choose adding
    some dry fruits, black salt and pepper to make it
    more luscious.

  • Wear loose clothing
  • Apart from the diet supplements, you should
    also pay some heed to your clothing manners.
    Wearing skin tight clothes are not at all
    recommended during summer. Since your body
    releases too much sweat, you should give them
    some space to move out. Prefer wearing loose
    cotton clothing because it will give you much
    relief in the heat.
