• Further empowerment of Tehrans proxy Shia allies
  in the Gulf
• For Israel, Irans nuclear ambitions in
  conjunction with the Islamist extremist ideology

  constitutes the most important and existential
  threat

• Framework for a draft plan of action expected to
  be completed by 30 June 15
• Details of framework include
• working towards limiting Irans nuclear programme
  to allow for only civilian nuclear activities
• US and other countries would lift all sanctions
  from Iran in stages
• Statement of the number of enrichment plants and
  centrifuges Iran will have access to, as well as
  the verification needed by the UNs International
  Atomic Energy Agency
