• To become shareholders in FZE, FZCO or LLC
• Liability will be limited
• No Restriction on minimum capital
• Time taken for incorporation is 7-15 working days
• There should be a minimum of two directors. The

• The Company can have a local bank account to
  conduct routine operational transactions
