Breast Reduction
This is a 39yr old patient that presented to my
office wanting breast shape improvement as well
as small amount of reduction. On exam she did
have more breast tissue on the left than the
right. Decision was made to remove breast tissue
on the left side only to match that of the right
side. I was able to remove about 75 grams of
breast tissue on the left breast only to match
that of the right. Skin was re-approximated on
both sides.

Breast Augmentation/Mastopexy
Dr. Kachenmeister This 34-year-old patient stands
51 and weighs 130 lb. She wished to not only
lift her breasts but make them quite large. She
decided on having silicone gel-filled implants
and requested them to be made at least a DD. She
sized in the office and requested 500 cc
implants. Therefore, we not only lifted her
breasts but inserted submuscular 500 cc gel
implants. Even though she is quite large, she is
very happy with her result.
