At the Jewish Community Housing Corporation, we

in our active and assisted living communities, as

Our housing offers seniors a matter of choice
when it comes to their living preferences,
including a choice of location, ambience,
services, activities, cost and size.

high quality of life and to provide both them and
their loved ones with the peace of mind that they

The Village Apartments of Jewish Federation
Community Life
The Village Apartments is located at 110 Vose
Avenue in South Orange, New Jersey. Opened on
November 1, 1988, the building includes 51
one-bedroom, 13 studio apartments and 4 one
bedroom with a den rental units for independent
middle to higher income seniors. An additional 24
units are operated by Bierman Home, a shared
apartment living program by Daughters of Israel.
Subsidies are available for those qualified.

Respite Stays NJ/Rates
The Lester Senior Housing Community offers
short-term respite stays in our beautiful Judy
Josh Weston Assisted Living Residence. These
accommodations are for seniors who need some help
with the tasks of daily living while a caregiver
is unavailable or when family members are away
for short periods of time and cannot look in on
their loved ones. Our respite stays are available
for anywhere from ten days to two months, and
provide a true home away from home amidst luxury
surroundings.
