    strategies to use to help you create the perfect
    workout program one that you can stick to and

Strategy 1 Choose a Realistic Time Frame
  • If you are not a morning person and you tend to
    hit the snooze numerous times in the morning
    dont set your workout time for a pre-dawn hour.
    Find a time that is going to work for you.
