DANGEROUS GOODS

• Dangerous Goods fall into nine classes and three
  packing groups if applicable, with detailed
  packing instructions to ensure cargo as well as
  passenger safety.

• Contact Caribbean Airlines Cargo Customer
  Service Department as Dangerous Goods are
  accepted subject to advance arrangements and
  space booked / confirmed from departure point to
  final destination.

FISH AND SEA FOOD
Caribbean Airlines Cargo is the preferred carrier
for the exportation of fish to outside the
Caribbean. Twice a week we move at least 150,000
tonnes of fish to Miami, as far as Los Angeles
and beyond.

HUMAN REMAINS
At Caribbean Airlines Cargo, we intend to set new
standards of quality service and reliability by
putting your needs first every time. You can lean
on us in your time of grief. Human remains will
only be accepted for transportation by air once
they have been embalmed or cremated. Cremated
human remains must be shipped in funeral urns,
which must be sufficiently cushioned with
suitable packaging to avoid breakage. For more

PERISHABLES
We inspect the condition of perishables upon
receipt and take the utmost care to ensure that
packages are adequately protected against
leakage, spillage and contamination from other
cargo. We specialize in the shipment of fresh cut
flowers, hatching eggs, fresh packaged meats,
chocolates, fruits and vegetables, frozen and
chilled fish, vaccines, newspapers, magazines and
much more.We understand perishables are
extremely time sensitive and delicate and we take
pride in the fact our staff have been trained in
the handling of items such as these.
