this interest even further. He has spent many
years in studying and refining his practice in
Pilates. Now, he holds numerous accredited
certifications in addition to being a licensed
Pilates trainer.

of a healthy lifestyle. His classes creatively

mindfulness and a sense of community.

personal teacher to an internationally acclaimed
actress , a conditioning coach for triathletes,
and helped many individuals overcome injury ,

interested in Pilates, he replied, Upon
graduating I knew I wanted to be in the health

job in the field I loved. He has written several
publications and presented on topics regarding
health education and promotion.

reconstructive elements of Pilates, and has used
the system to combat various injuries. His class

challenging road cycling events, swimming, and
