Try a little silencestop.  Be still. Remain
silent. Mediators should be seen, not
heardShhhh. Still all the senses. Let
everything be. Let go, and let it all come to
you. Relax. Being is in doing is out. Do
nothing. For a moment just be.Silence is
golden. Enjoy it.

I will share with you one of my favorite quotes
from my favorite teachers Lama Surya Das. Enjoy
the awesome quote below Breath by breath, let
go of fear, expectation, anger, regret, cravings,
frustration, fatigue. Let go of the need for
approval. Let go of old judgments and opinions.
Die to all that, and fly free. Soar in the
freedom of desirelessness.Let go. Let Be. See
through everything and be free, complete,
luminous, at home at ease. Mediation tip
from Lama Surya Das Meditation is a totally
wonderful practice, but can be very difficult in
the beginning. Dont jump right into walking
meditation, start with breathing meditations. The
most basic and most useful of which is mindful
breathing. This is essentially the same as
sitting in meditation (with mindfulness of
breath), so whether you sit or take a minute or
two throughout your day to practice mindful
breathing, whatever works for you is fine.
