Logging is in my blood.  At the age of 12 I spent
the summer with my grandfather in a logging camp
learning how to respect the forest.  He logged
with horses often stating that you never ask a
horse to go where a man could not easily walk.  
I learned to keep the forest orderly and to leave
the woods in a manner where wildlife could find a
home and the forest would flourish.  When someone
came into the woods after we had been there, they
would be impressed by this.  This was the way my
grandfather was taught by his father.  I continue
to treat my woods this way.  I am green and
environmentally conscientious by replacing
harvested tree with multiple seedlings.
