Pre-Microdermabrasion Instructions

• 1 to 2 weeks prior to microdermabrasion treatment
  client should avoid waxing or tanning the skin
  area or areas that will be receiving
  microdermabrasion.
• Do not engage in any laser treatments one month
  before and one month after your treatment.

• Do not use sun tanning or tanning creams for at
  least 7 days before treatment.
• Stop using products Retin-A or other exfoliating
  creams 48 hours (2 days) prior to your treatment.
• Use only the skin care products which is
  recommended by your specialist to avoid possible
  complications

Post-Microdermabrasion Instructions

• You can resume your daily activities or return to
  work immediately. Mineral makeup may be applied
  following a treatment.

• Do not scratch, pick, peel or scrub treated area.
• Do not directly expose the treated area in the
  sun for at least 1 week after treatment to
  prevent UV rays from damaging your skin which
  slow down the recovery.
• Follow all post-microdermabrasion home care
  product recommendations as instructed by your
  Technician.
• Avoid using beta hydroxy, alpha hydroxy,
  glycolic, benzyl peroxide, retinol or topical
  acne medicines for 3 days before and after
  treatment.
