About Leadership Practices Inventory
The Leadership Practices Inventory is a one-day
workshop led by DTP-Leadership, a Houston-based
consulting firm. The workshop introduces the
Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. The
Five Practices are based on The Leadership
Challenge developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry
Posner in 1980s that teach leadership principles
and skills.

• It also includes a comprehensive, online
  assessment instrument.

The Leadership Practices Inventory is a
prerequisite to The Leadership Challenge
workshop. It too focuses on the Five Practices
introduced in the one day workshop, and the
results from the online assessment become the
basis for reviewing and developing actions that
strengthen leadership behaviors. Research shows
that people whose leaders demonstrate the Five
Practices are much more satisfied with their
leaders actions.

Jackalyn Rainosek
DTP-Leadership co-owner Jackalyn Rainosek is a
Certified Master in The Leadership Challenge.
She says that her company has an unmatched
ability to develop high-performing individuals,
teams and organizations that are profitable.
She has more than forty years of experience as a
consultant and entrepreneur. She also earned a
Ph.D. in Counseling and Educational Psychology.
