Single Girder Cranes are designed to cover a wide
range of modern industrial demands, providing
excellent value for money with no compromise on
performance. A LOADMATE single girder crane has
reduced wheel loads, saving costs on new support
structures and increased lifting capacities on
existing structures. LOADMATE offer various
crane bridge to end carriage constructions to
ensure optimum use of headroom available. Hoists
are offered as standard in low headroom format
running on the bottom flange of the beam. Hoist
design ensures maximum cross bridge hook stroke
with minimum side clearances. Our Specialties

Double Girder Cranes - LOADMATE LOADMATE Double
Girder cranes offer exceptional load capacity for
a low deadweight. Low deadweight reduces
investment layout and offers lighter
structure. Our outstanding crane geometry also
provides for extremely good travel
characteristics, which minimizes wear on the end
carriages and crane runway. The load hook can be
raised between the two crane girders, which
allows large lifting heights to be achieved. 
Specifications Safe Working Load 1T TO
100T Spans 6m to more than 30m Heights of
Lift As per customer specifications. Design
standards M5, M7, M8 as per IS 3177 / IS 807.
Also available as per FEM, DIN, BS Or Any other
applicable international standards.

Electric Wire Rope Hoist LOADMATE Owing to our
contemporary manufacturing facilities, we are
able to offer a broad array of Heavy Duty Wire
Rope Hoist. These electric hoists are used for
material handling and are best suited for both
medium and heavy duty operations. The electric
wire rope hoists offered by us, are easy to
maintain as these are constructed in open type.
In this type of construction, every component can
be accessed with ease and provide hassle free
operations.

• Electric Wire Rope Hoist are suitable for
  Medium/ Heavy duty operation and are designed in
  accordance with IS3938.
• Hoists are designed in modular construction with
  each component easily accessible for maintenance.
  The Rope drum, Gear Box, Motor, Brake and panel
  can be easily attended to, the frame is of study
  design fabricated from steel plates is welded/
  bolted type.
• Rope Drum Steel Fabricated/ Seamless Pipe Drum
  is machine grooved to IS-3938 and is designed to
  accommodate the whole length of Wire Rope in one
  layer.
• Wire Rope 6 X 37 construction Steel/ fiber core
  Wire rope as per IS2266 with minimum factor of
  safety of 6 is provided.
