Gate Pass Generate Process

Driver need to register his vehicles on gate and
this registration will take care of all needed
details e.g. driver name, vehicle no., DO/PO
weight, supplier name, customer name, PO/DO No.
etc.
Generate GP For this Vehicle and Register/Capture
its Reporting Time.
After registration process gate operator will
issue RFID Card to truck driver.
Driver will receive the RFID Card and go for
further weighment process.

Driver need to register his vehicles on gate and
this registration will ask for all needed details
e.g. driver name, vehicle no, DO/PO weight,
supplier name, customer name, PO/DO No etc. / IF
GP Process Activated in this System then All
Vehicle Detail Pick From GP No, and Register
Card.
After registration process gate operator will
issue RFID Card to truck driver.
Driver will receive the RFID Card and go for
further weighment process.

First Weighment

First Weighment.

Driver will drive truck on weighbridge.
A-Site Entry Site, B-Site Another opposite
Site
If GREEN light ON then driver start process If
RED light On mean another process working so wait
A-site GREEN light On and RED light Off means
driver start to weighment process,
Driver Punch RFID card on RFID Read, if card is
valid/Authenticated then Barrier Gate will open
other wise not

System will announce instruction for further
process.
After process start from one side opposite site
RED light ON so no one can try to Punch card if
punch then system not allow to process.
Then driver will drive vehicle on weighbridge
The driver will set his vehicle at proper place
on weighbridge.
After set vehicle proper position on weighbridge
Both Inner GREEN light ON
Barrier Gate close,
both site RED light OFF
Driver get indication for vehicle is proper
position also sound instruction provide by
system.

If truck is not proper place system will announce
and instruct him and Barrier Gate not closed.
In system have two option for weighment
with driver - we set with driver then its
automatically take weight after stable weight
without driver - we set Without driver then
driver go down and press button to capture weight
Driver come down for weighment,
Driver confirm weight on Weight Display and then
press Push Button
In weighbridge office one computer is connected
with our unmanned indicator and live view vehicle
position by camera
After confirm weight by driver, system capture
two vehicle steel image and store local drive
with this weight ticket no so we can get back any
time.

After Complete weighment then System will do
following process -
System will open B-Site Barrier Gate
Automatically,
Both Inner GREEN light flashing will indicate to
driver,
System will announcement information
After finished truck weighment process, system
will print ticket if require other wise print
will provide in Gate in exit time
System have setting for close/open Barrier Gate
timeing
Close Process start Barrier Gate
Close Process Complete Barrier Gate
After remove truck on weighbridge
Close B-Site Barrier
Both Inner Green OFF
Both OUT RED OFF
Both OUT GREEN ON
After finished first weighment process driver
will go for loading / unloading goods.

Second Weighment.

Repeat all the process step of First Weighment.
In System have option for Check DO/PO/ Challan
Weight different and allow or disallow
We can set DO/PO / Challan weight in Card Issue
Time
if different more then it will not allow to go
out system will open Inner Barrier Gate and
vehicle go back
After allow by authenticated person it will go
out.
After complete second weighment vehicle going for
exit gate

Card Submit Process.

After finishing all the Weighment process, driver
will submit RFID Card to the Gate Operator and
take his Print Ticket.
After submit RFID Card its free for another
Vehicle process

Gate Exit Process.

After finishing submit RFID Card to the Gate Exit
Process Require for Vehicle Gate Out Time and
Generate Final OUTWARD GATE PASS for that
Vehicle.

System will announce instruction all the time.
Traffic signal light indicate status of
weighbridge.
Barrier Gate will manage to truck process.
RFID Reader manage truck driver information.
