  processes of the company and monitors the
  technical and finance functions along with the

  development and editorial policies, and creation
  and ideation of editorial content.

• Before working for the Lokmat Media, Devendra
  Darda worked at Jareva Technologies as a Business
  Development Manager. Since May 2002, Mr. Darda
  works as a Director of Lokmat Media Ltd. He is a
  member of the Young Presidents organization or
  YPO that is a worldwide body of professionals and
  entrepreneurs and Trustee of Jawaharlal Darda
  Education Society.

university, and a graduate university of
technology and engineering. In addition, Devendra
Darda is a member of the INCA-FIEJ Research
Association and south Asian Regional Committee,

• In September 2006, Mr. Devendra Darda was a
  member of the high-level delegation escorting Dr.
  Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, to
  Brasilia, Brazil for the summit of IBSA and
  Havana, Cuba for the summit of NAM. Mr. Darda is
  a holder a Masters degree from Case Western
  Reserve College in Business Administration, and
  from Weatherhead School of Management of
  Cleveland, USA in Strategy and Finance.
