ABOUT
Mr. Rolen is a member of the Public Entity,
Employment Labor, Transportation Law and
Appellate Practice Groups. His vast knowledge of
public entity litigation in particular has
provided him with not only the legal, but also
the governance, political and public relations
experience necessary to advise public entities in
these challenging times.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Rolen has previously served the community as
Chairman of the Contra Costa County Substance
Abuse Advisory Board and also as a DARE speaker.
He also served as a board member of Joint Powers
Authorities which offered dental, vision and
workers' compensation benefits.
