Title: HOME TUTOR VS SCHOOL TEACHER

1
HOME TUTOR VS SCHOOL TEACHER
2
  • Both school teachers and home tutors help
students to achieve the knowledge they need to
get promoted to the next level or session.
Teachers just focus on instructing students,
providing lectures that are enough to carry out
the exams. But, a home tutor comes into action
when students need additional help, by improving
their problem-solving skills and study habits and
explaining them any specific concepts or subject
    matters.

Eligibility a Teacher or a Tutor Must Have
  • School Teacher
  • Home Tutor
  • A teacher must have a bachelors degree in the
subject their specialization or in elementary or
secondary education. For public school teachers
it is must to have a state issued certification
or teaching license. For private school teacher
having a bachelor or master degree is enough,
    they dont need state license.
  • For the tutors, there are no universal
requirements of qualification of license. Though
many tutor providing organizations ask for
bachelor degree, state license and prior teaching
    experience.

Roles of a Teacher in School
  • Teachers teach students and introduce academic
subjects to them. A teacher give them knowledge
about specific aspects like grammar rules or
mathematical formulas and work with them for the
    entire academic year.

5
Roles of a Home/Private Tutor
  • Private Tutors provide support when students face
difficulties while learning. Instead of teaching
students, a tutor focus on helping them to learn
the skills and strategies to solve any problem
they face. It depends on the progress of the
student whether a tutor is going to work with the
student for a long term or just few weeks.

6
Conclusion
  • A teacher always tries their best for the
students and gives their all efforts. But, in a
batch of 30-50 students, its impossible to give
full attention to any particular student. Due to
the lack of any external assistance or support
the child becomes helpless. Thus, its important
to have a private tutor for a proper knowledge
    development of your child.
