BIRTH AND EDUCATION
Shri. Brijmohan Agrawal ji was born on 1 May,
1959. In 1977, he joined ABVP, Akhil Bharatiya
Vidyarthi Parishad which led him to take
participation in student politics. Later in 1984,
he became an active member of Bharatiya Janata
Party.

POLITICAL RECOGNIZATION
In 1989, he was elected as a Vice president of
Bhatiya Janta Yuva Morcha. Later in1990, he was
elected as M.L.A of Bhartiya Janta Party from
Raipur city. His effort and dedication showed its
colour in1993 vidhan sabha elections. He then
continuously win the elections of 1998, 2003 and
2008.

  Tourism.
• 2005- Minister of Revenue, culture and tourism,
  Law, Rehabilitation. Etc.
• Currently- minister of of Agriculture, Animal
  Husbandry, Fish Rearing, Water Resources under
  the Government of Chhattisgarh.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
As a social leader Brijmohan ji has done many
social activities like providing funds for the
development of health and education of poor
children and marriage of girls from poor
families. He also helped the disabled people by
providing them tricycles.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES
He is a great devotee of God and always find time
for a visit to temple during his busy schedule.
He attends Rajim Kumbh every year.

CONTRIBUTION TO NAXAL AFFECTED AREA
When Shri. Brijmohan Agrawal held the position of
education minister then the Chhattisgarh
Government made their best efforts for ensuring
education to the children of naxal-affected
places.

He always pays special attention to the poor,
downtrodden, women, children and abandoned people
and worked for their upliftment.
