Usage of English.
  • It is used in Developed Countries, Western,
    Eastern, Organizations, Universities, Schools,
    Colleges, Laboratories, Government Institution
    and Non-Government Organizations, etc.

What is Grammar?
  • The rules and regulation of any language is
    called grammar. It helps us to write sentence and
    also how to read, speak correct sentence.

What is letter?
  • The symbol of any language is called letter.
  • OR. The member of any alphabet is called letter.
  • Example. A, B, C, D, E, F.

Types of letter?
  • There are two types of letter.
  • Vowel there are six vowels. A, E, I, O, U, and
    Y. the Y is the semi vowel. Vowels are the most
    important in the English. Because, without vowels
    no any word or sentence can be formed. Example
    pen, car, sky, make. Ball.

  • Consonant without vowels the other letters of
    alphabet are consonant for examples C, B, D, F,

What is word?
  • Two or more than two letters are combined to show
    complete meaning is called word.
  • Or.
  • The Combination of two or more letters which show
    complete sense.

  • Mobile, Hand, laptop, Mouse, Printer.

  • It is group of combined words which gives
    complete meaning.

KINDS OF SENTENCES
  • Sentences may be classified according to the
    purpose of the speaker or writer. The four
    principal

Purposes of a sentence are described below.
  • The declarative sentence is used to make a
    statement of fact, wish, intent, or feeling.
  • Ex. I have seen that movie twice. I wish I could
    go on the picnic.
  • 2. The imperative sentence is used to state a
    command, request, or direction. The subject is
    always
  • "You," even though it may not be expressed in
    the sentence.
  • Come here, stand up, please do it for me, get
    out, sit down, do it fast.
  • ex. (You) be on time for dinner. (You) Open the
    window, please.
  • 3. The interrogative sentence is used to ask a
    question. It is followed by a question mark.
  • Ex. Do you have a sweater? Are you having a bad
    day? Will you come with me? May I come in?
  • 4. An exclamatory sentence an exclamation point.
    Is used to express strong feeling. It is followed
    by
  • ex. doesnt burn you out! Keep out! He screamed,
    Help!

What is Noun?
  • Noun is the name of any person, place, thing or
    animal. It is also the name of the things which
    are visible or invisible.

  • Person Akbar, Rahim, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, Nelson
    Mandela.
  • Place school, hotel, house, library.
  • Thing book, pen, glass, mobile.
  • Animal lion, dog, horse, snake.
  • Invisible things air, soul, angles, fairy

Kinds of Noun.
  • There are five kinds of noun, and they are given
    below.
  • Common Noun
  • common noun is the common name of any person,
    place, thing or animal.
  • Example
  • Place school, hotel, house, library.
  • Thing book, pen, glass, mobile.
  • Animal lion, dog, horse, snake.

Proper Noun
  • proper noun is the proper name of any person,
    place, thing or animal.
  • Example  
  • Place Dawn school, Paris hotel, white house,
    congress library.
  • Thing English book, dollar pen, steel glass,
    Nokia mobile.
  • Animal tiger, cheetah, tony dog, black snake.

Material Noun
  • It is the name of things from which other things
    are made.

  • Example
  • Wheat, Flour, Water, Cotton, wood

Abstract Noun
  • The Name of the things which cannot be seen or
    touched but only felt.

  • Example
  • Air, Angle, English, Mathematics, Fragrance,
    Happiness, Hatred, Hotness, Coldness.

Collective Noun
  • The group, collection of things which can be
    named as one.
  •  
  • Example
  • Army, Cricket Team, Bunch of Keys, Assembly.

GENDERS OF NOUN
  • THERE ARE FOUR GENDERS OF NOUN
  • 1. MASCULINE GENDER
  • A noun is said to be in the Masculine gender if
    it refers to a male character or member of a
    species.
  • Man, lion, hero, boy, king, horse and actor are
    nouns of masculine gender.
  • Example
  • A boy is playing in the play-ground.
  • Hero of the movie is not a native of this
    country.
  • In these sentences the words boy and hero are
    masculine-gender nouns. The next in the
    Noun-Gender is feminine gender.

Feminine gender.
  • A noun is said to be in the feminine gender if it
    refers to a female member of a species. Woman,
    lioness, heroine, girl, mare, niece, empress, cow
    and actress are few of the feminine-gender nouns
    that we use.
  • Example
  • A girl is playing in the play-ground.
  • Heroine of the movie is not a native of this
    country.
  • In these sentences the words girl and heroine
    are feminine-gender nouns. The next in the
    Noun-Gender is common gender.

Common gender
  • A noun is said to be in Common gender if it
    refers to a member of species which can be a male
    or a female.
  • Child, student, friend, applicant, candidate,
    servant, member, parliamentarian and leader are
    few of the common-gender nouns.
  • Example
  • A child is playing in the play-ground.

Neuter gender
  • A noun is said to be in the neuter gender if it
    refers to a member of a species which is neither
    a male nor a female. Normally nouns referring
    to lifeless objects are in neuter nouns. Chair,
    table, tree, star, mountain, street, book,
    car, paper, pencil
  • And computer is few of the neuter nouns which we
    use regularly.

Singular and plural noun
  • Singular Nouns are those nouns which can be
    counted in numbers.

  • Pen, car, mobile, cup, book, finger.

Plural nouns
  • are those nouns cannot be counted in numbers,
    which can be measured and weight.
