About the Dead Sea

• In name, the Dead Sea may sound almost boring
  however the salty water and mud from the Dead Sea
  is known for many of its ability to heal and
  bolster the mind, body and soul. The geography of
  the Dead Sea is another aspect that is amazing as
  its surface is 396m below sea level, its shores
  is the lowest dry point on Earth. The size of it
  is nearly 402 square kilo meters, located by the
  West Bank of Jordan and Israel.

• The Dead Sea is named Dead for a good reason. The
  saltiest seas in the world only has a saline
  level of 3 to 6 percent however the Dead Sea has
  a saline level between 28 to 35 percent, making
  it the highest. Salt is trapped in the Dead Sea
  in a fascinating way, the Sea itself is
  landlocked therefore any fresh or salt water that
  flows into it from the Jordan River and other
  tributaries is trapped and evaporated.

• Evaporation happens quickly at the Dead Sea as
  the climate there is extremely hot. As
  evaporation happens fast, high amounts of salty
  minerals are left behind making it more and more
  concentrated.

• Of course salt alone doesn't give the Dead Sea
  its healing properties, at least 35 other
  minerals in high concentration are present in the
  Dead Sea. Some of this minerals include
  Magnesium, Potassium, Boron, Bromine, Manganese
  and many others.

  Dead Sea its deadly name as any living creature,
  including plants, that enter into the deadly
  salty waters of it pretty much dies instantly.The
