Bacteria

• Disease like typhoid and TB are caused by
  bacteria

  of alcohol and wine. Yeast converts the natural
  sugars present in grains into alcohol. Wine is
  produced by the process of fermentation. The
  process of converting sugar into alcohol is
  called fermentation.
