Method 1. Restore from LG Backup
Go to Settings on your LG G2/G3/G4 and scroll
down to Person, and then tap Backup reset.

Restore from backup, then locate and tap the
backup.

Step 1
download a free copy of LG G3/G4 Recovery Mac
onto your computer, install and run it.
Step 2
Choose your needed data to scan, of course, you
can click All to scan all data on your LG phone
and connect your LG to Mac or PC.
Step 3
When connected, click Start to begin scanning.
After that, preview the scanned data and click
Recover.
