• Indicium provides consulting on the basis of the
  business requirements of the client, legal and
  statutory requirements (if any)
• We are involved from start to end in the CMMI
  Journey of the customer and provide the services
• Understand the business requirements of the
  customer
• Understand the legal and statutory requirements
  of the business area
• Understand the current process of the customer
• Conduct Gap Analysis of the current processes
  against the CMMI Model

• Prepare the Project Managers and FAR team members

  identified by the ATM team during the assessment

  suggested by the Lead Appraiser as part of the
  final findings report
