Many times it might have happened that you have
accidentally deleted a file which you do not want

First thing that can be done is to just check out
your recycle bin to see that the file is still
there or not. The recycle bin holds the deleted
files which can be restored again if the files

particular file, the recycle bin is to be opened
and right click on the file and then select
restore. The file will return to its position in
the hard drive.

Stop accessing the drive. If the file is not

save anything.

A program can be downloaded for data recovery on
another computer or another drive. Be careful
that you do not save the program on the drive
from where you are trying to recover the deleted

Step 4
The downloaded recovery file program is to be run
and start following the basic steps.

Be precise about your search. Make sure that the
file is being searched on the specific disk by
the recovery program. File type, name and date of
creation can be specified and will be helpful in
recovering the lost file.

When the program finishes its scanning, you
should look through the result list to check out
if your file is included in it. If it is found
then the file is to be selected and click on the
