The success of OnePlus One and OnePlus Two is
well known to the consumers. The Chinese
smartphone makers are now gearing up to unveil
the next model in line. "On 29th October, the
company is planning to unveil OnePlus Mini at an
event held in India, Beijing, London and Jakarta
simultaneously," says Vaikundarajan.

The new smartphone is also known as OnePlus X.
Building up to the launch, some promotional
materials have seemed to leak online. "The leaked
materials show images of the new phone and its
price," informs Vaikundarajan.

The leaked material was posted on one of the
Chinese Social Media Network Weibo from where it
got viral. The listing explains that the phone is
available for INR 17,400 approximately.

Vaikundarajan further explains the smartphone's
specifications, "It is said to have a 5 inch fill
HD (1920x1080) display at 401 ppi, a Qualcomm
Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, and 16GB /
32GB built-in storage." The phone is also
expected to carry a camera combo of 13Mp/8MP.

"By the looks of it, OnePlus X seems to be a mini
version of OnePlus Two," observes Vaikundarajan.
While there are all kinds of rumors pertaining to
the features, the tech fans will have to take a
