Method 1 Restore SMS from Samsung Kies with
backup

1.Run Samsung Kies on your Mac and connect your
Galaxy phone to the computer via USB data
cable. 2.In the Back up/Restore tab, scroll all
the way to the bottom and click the Restore
button. 3.Choose the backup file to restore and
click Next. In the next window, select
Messages and click Next to begin

backup

1.Download and install Samsung SMS Recovery Mac.
Then run it. 2.Click on Contact, SMS, Call
Log, the program will prompt you to connect your
Samsung Galaxy phone to Mac. 3.Once the phone is
connected, click Start to begin scanning the
device for lost messages. 4.After the scan,
preview the recoverable messages and click
Recover to retrieve deleted text messages from
Samsung on Mac.
