Exempt Private Company

• If a private limited company fulfills all the
  below mentioned conditions, it can qualify as a
  private exempt company
• Annual revenue does not exceed S5 million.
• Is in a net asset position at the close of its
  financial year end.
• Not more than 20 shareholders.
• No corporate shareholder.
• That is wholly owned by the Government and which
  the Minister, in national interest, declares by
  notification in the Gazette to be an exempt
  private company.
