  • Dry fruits is the gift of nature. In general, dry
    fruits such as raisins and prunes besides
    apricots, are all packed with nutrients that are
    essential for the body which helps to fight
    against the many disease. They also helps to
    fight the anaemia, can be used as high calorie
    snacks and are very rich in their iron content
    besides helping you in managing your weight
    efficiently.
